Event Entry and Stadium Policies
NRG Stadium does not publish a year-round visitor opening schedule; entry times and ticket details are tied to individual events. Event listings provide ticket purchasing and event information, so check the official site before you go.
Entry points include the northwest, northeast, southwest and southeast entrances, along with West VIP and East VIP entrances. Bag rules and other entry policies can vary by event, so use the listing for the event you plan to attend rather than relying on rules from a different game or show.
Food, Seating and Accessibility Planning
Stadium maps identify food and beverage, merchandise, bars, ATMs, first aid and Guest Services locations. Accessibility maps mark wheelchair-accessible seating, ramps, elevators, accessible restrooms, family restrooms and first-aid locations across stadium levels.
Sensory bags and listening devices are available at Guest Experience. A nursing-mothers room and adult changing station are on Level 100 at Guest Experience behind Section 133. If you need accessibility information for a particular event, check its listing and the stadium maps before you go.
What to Check Before Game or Event Day
Start with the event listing: it provides ticket purchasing, event details and entry timing. Then check that event’s current bag and item rules, since policies can be event-specific. Parking instructions and accessibility details are also worth confirming for the event you are attending; review parking details for NRG Stadium before setting out.
